We choose our staff carefully and they undertake training until they are competent to deliver the service to a high standard. We vet our staff, ensuring that we meet the required standards of individual customers.
Training and Development
We provide a full induction training covering Health & Safety, COSHH, Cleaning methods & techniques as well as customer care and security training. We have developed best practice guidelines for our cleaning operatives to work to, which we regularly monitor to ensure high standards are maintained.
Contract Management & Security
Health & Safety Risk Assessment is undertaken at the time of contract set up and reviewed with you the customer and the staff. Your security is our business and invariably we will be cleaning your building outside your operating hours. Staff are clearly instructed about the security arrangements for each individual customer building and keys are kept securely and safely.
Audit and Supervision
General supervision and spot checks are undertaken on a regular basis and staff are given feedback regarding their performance in a fair and positive way.
Customer Feedback and Communication
We value all feedback from customers – constructive criticism as well as compliments. We will meet with you regularly to discuss how we are doing and we will act on any issues or concerns that you have, in turn we will feedback to staff in a timely and appropriate manner. We will arrange regular communication and contract monitoring meetings with you to receive your feedback or reassess your requirements.

This membership organisation provides us with advice and guidance on best practice and industry updates which enhances our performance as a high quality provider of cleaning services.
We are fully insured to deliver the service you require in a safe and appropriate manner. Copies of our insurance certificate will be provided as part of the contractual process.
